You may return most items sold by Impact Recordings.com within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund. You will be responsible to cover the cost of return shipping
unless the return is the result of our error. Please note that we are unable
to exchange items unless the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Post the goods you want to return together with your invoice/receipt/email, including
details of your reason for return, stating whether you require a refund or exchange.

Impact Recordings reserves the right to reject a return from anyone
if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive
returns.
Please note that we can not accept returns of Impact Digital MP3
files as there is currently no way to know whether the file(s)

been played or not.

you can be sure that the downloads you buy will too as they are
using the same format and Digital Rights Management settings.

Refund Policy
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased
from Impact Recordings.com Web Store. Impact Recordings items bought
from other shops can obviously not be refunded by us. We'll notify
you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our
receiving your return.
How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

For any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or
is missing parts for reasons not due to our error we can only refund

to 50% of item's

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will
be reimbursed only for the shipping charge caused extra to your order

Yes. All our payments are processed by PayPal. who are run by the Royal Bank
of Scotland and are one of the most secure ways to pay online. We do not even
see your card details, or store them, and do not accept payments by phone because
we don't wish to: that wouldn't be as safe as our current system.
Once you have entered your shipping details, you will be taken to a secure
connection to enter your credit/debit card details. Your details will only
be kept by PayPal and the acquiring bank. PayPal give peace of mind to
thousands of shoppers every day and enable them to shop online safely and

Shipping
Impact Recordings will aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs
but this is not guaranteed. Impact Recordings will not be held responsible
for any order being delayed by the postal or carrier service. Impact
Recordings uses Royal Mail to get your order to you, particularly
for overseas orders, but please note that due to recent World events,
delays may be experienced on overseas shipments due to increased
security operating on airlines. The times given for delivery on
our site are for guidance only and depend upon local conditions.
Customs Charges
Impact Recordings does not charge any customs duties on International
shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during
your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are
they the responsibility of Impact Recordings. While we do not expect
that there will be any additional charges attached to your order,
we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or
post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties
that may be applicable to your on-line order.
